Cassidy is the Director of Information Systems at the Center for Microbiome Innovation and has collaborated on the Microsetta Initiative since late 2020. His primary responsibility is leading software development, but his 20+ years of experience in both technology and makreting roles allow him to bridge the gap between the software and user engagement sides of the project. He hopes that his work will not only help advance the project’s research, but also empower participants to learn more about their unique microbiomes and how diet and lifestyle choices are associated with the constellation of microbes that are so vital to our health.

In his free time, Cassidy enjoys listening to metal, going to concerts, cooking, and the soul-crushingly repetitive grind of ARPGs.
